Revolutionary
Manufacturing

Jump straight from material to garment in a single step without complicated and untracebale supply chains.

Straight from raw material to garment

There are four steps in traditional garment making:  Raw material to yarn to fibre to fabric and finally to garment. Electrospinning eliminates three of them. This drastically simplifies the manufacturing and saves cost and energy in the process.

Novel forms and
seamless designs

With electrospinning, because PHA fibres are additively sprayed onto a mould, we can achieve novel garment constructions and seamless designs. This one-step method eliminates the need for extensive cutting or sewing, only requiring post-processing. As a result, our innovative manufacturing methods has the potetial create a new generation of fashion fit for 21st century.

Produced locally and ethically in the UK

We collaborate with brands to develop their collections in-house. As experts in computational design and electro spun manufacturing, we convert ideas into digital models and manufacture them in-house. Since our design and manufacturing is managed together and is located in UK, we use a tighter and more agile development process to collaborate more closely with partner brands - cutting the development time compared to complex and global supply chains. We are proud to produce and finish all our garments locally in the UK using ethical labour, and we pay all our employeers the living wage. We believe that sustainability should never come at the cost of social responsibility and ethical practices.

Zero material waste

Eliminating cutting and sewing also eliminates material waste on off-cuts. The material solution is attracted to the mould by anelectric field, also preventing offsprays. 100% of the material that enters our factory leaves the door as a garment.
